Twitter Me and I’ll Twitter You… Is That
How It Goes?
Let me be the first to admit that I was one of the ones WHO
DIDN’T jump on the Twitter bandwagon until one of my partners
(Sarah) called me and excitedly shared how she had seen an
amazing 300% increase in her sales on one of her websites; all
due to Twitter!
Me being the analytical one, I had to check her Google
Analytic stats and factor in all of her website traffic sources
before I could become a believer and SURE ENOUGH, her increase
came solely through Twitter.
That intrigued me for a number of reasons. First and
foremost, if you knew Sarah, she’s not the techie type by any
stretch of the imagination. She had a hard time switching from
one WordPress theme to another and that’s no knock on her, she
just doesn’t like the techie side of Internet Marketing.
When I looked at Twitter, I didn’t get it and I’m SUPPOSED
to be the techie guy. Sarah jumped in after some video training
and literally hit the streets at a thousand miles per hour.
Honestly, I didn’t think she was going to Twit her way to
success, but that’s exactly what she’s doing.
Secondly, she’s a conservative; not politically speaking,
I’m referring to her spending. This woman has never gotten
burned online, not ever! Me on the other hand, I’ve easily
burned about $3500.00 trying out various software packages.
When Sarah told me she had checked out and ordered the
Twitter Traffic Machine, I thought, “She’s
going to get burned for the first time!” To my surprise, it
