Affiliate
marketing is a method of promoting/selling another company’s
product or service and getting paid for your efforts. For
example, Weight Watchers has an affiliate program and after you
sign up, they currently pay you $10.00 for every person that
you refer to them who becomes a client.
Here’s how it works… you display one of the Weight Watchers
banners or link on your website, when a person clicks on that
banner or link, they are directed to Weight Watchers website.
Once they sign up for the program, your account is credited
$10.00 for the referral.
Why Choose Affiliate Marketing?
That
answer is simple… if you want to make money online, but
you don't have a product to sell, then sell someone’s product
or service! In some cases, you can join most affiliate
marketing programs in a matter of few minutes. Usually all you
need is a website, valid e-mail address and tax id #. Other
affiliate marketing programs may require an online application
and they must be approved before they allow you to market their
products.
Either way, you don’t have to create products or marketing
tools. All you have to do is join a company’s affiliate
marketing program add their banner and/or links to your
